Info-Tech SoftwareReviews has released a Customer Experience (CX) Report on adam:ONE®. The report collects what adam:ONE users say about the platform: where it is strong, where it can improve, and what it has changed for their organizations.

SoftwareReviews built the report from surveys and interviews with validated end users, and measured the results against standards set by security providers across the industry. It covers four areas:

  • User satisfaction scores for ease of use, feature set, performance and support
  • Feature effectiveness: which features users value most and how well they meet user needs
  • Customer support: how responsive, knowledgeable and effective our support team is
  • Return on investment: the benefits users get from running adam:ONE in their organizations

adam:ONE uses Zero Trust Connectivity to make a default deny-all policy practical and invisible to the end user. The report shows what that looks like from the side of the people running it.

Francois Driessen, COO and CMO of ADAMnetworks, said: “Customer sentiment is the most valuable measurement of any technology’s success. This report will empower businesses with the data they need to make informed software purchasing decisions on a new technology that allows their defense teams to operate with strong force multipliers. A transparent look at the user experience with adam:ONE®, is offering valuable insights that both potential buyers and the adam:ONE® team itself can utilize as we serve our clients into the future.”

The full report is on the SoftwareReviews adam:ONE page.
